🌼 Roommate wanted in Nørrebro from 1st of July! 🌼 We are Giulia and Rossella, two 25 years old girls from Italy living in Copenhagen. We are looking for a female roommate, around our age, to join our cozy apartment starting July 1st. The rent is around 8400 DKK plus utilities. The move-in price is 2 months of deposit plus the first month's rent. CPR registration is available. The room is 12.1 m^2. Since we will also take over the place on July 1st the room will be unfurnished. However, we are in contact with the current tenants, and they are willing to sell their furniture for cheap as well! The building is quite new and features an elevator, a washing machine, and a dishwasher. The area is very well connected, the apartment is only 4 min by walk from Nørrebros Runddel metro station and just around the corner of Nørrebrogade. We value community and want to create an environment where everyone feels at home and welcome 🌱☀️ We love to do things together, but we also completely respect alone time for those evenings when our social battery is low. We would prefer people who plan to stay long-term and maybe have a full-time job. A little about us: 🐥 Giulia (25) - just graduated and enjoy life as it comes . She is an outgoing person, loves spending time with friends and is always ready to watch a series together, go out to discover new bodegas, or simply have a chat at the end of a long day. 🍷📺 Rossella (25) — works as a PhD at DTU. She is a kind and sweet person, always up for going to the movies or checking out a new concert.
