Hello everyone!! I am renting out my room in a 3 bedrooms apartment. I am going away for studies and I don't want to give up on my apartment that easy. You will be sharing with two others, on the age between 40 -50yo. They are absolutely very chill and one of them is family member. They are not party animal, but definitely some beers/drinks every other weekend. The moving in date is from 5th of October and the contract is 1 to 3 years. ☺️The bedroom is partially furnished. I will be visiting on the weekends and if you are someone who only needs a place from Monday to Friday, even better! We have washing machine, dryer, dish washer, balcony, parking lot and a common area downstairs where we can have some BBQ on summer time. It's close to absolutely everything! Gym, shopping malls, parks, restaurants, bars, buses, S-train, Metro, supermarkets, even an old Cinema. And of course beautiful nature by the water.
