Hi all I am looking for a roommate for the period April 1 to June 30 (3 months). The room is 18m2 and has closets and lamps on the ceiling. The apartment is 141m2, and it is only the two of us who will live in it. You will have access to use the entire apartment (except my room which is not among the pictures). The apartment is located on Gammelholm / Nyhavn in the inner city, and the rent is DKK 7100 / month. In addition, water, heating and electricity come on another approx. 1400 kr. The pictures are from the sales presentation, which means that several parts of the furnishings in the pictures will not be there (much of the furnishings have been taken over). In addition, new floors are being laid, so it also differs from the pictures. The apartment is not for parties. A little about myself: I study at CBS in the 6th semester and work in CIP/CISC on the side.
