Cleaning in the apartment is done every week, the comment area as your room and bathroom. The cleaning day for the commen area, will be discussed with me. No parking is available on the premises. Payed parking is available around the building. No animals are allowed in the apartment. No smoking is allowed in the apartment, but you can easily smoke outside in the yard. Weekend parties with music are allowed until 23.00 in tenants room and after music must be turned off and guest have to leave or go out. This must be always discussed and agreed with me before planing visitors or parties, as i prefer my home as a quiet, clean and tidy place at all times. You will share the apartment with a very modern and quit 46 year old women from Sri Lanka but who has lived more then 38 years in Denmark, who is social but would also like to have alots of privacy. I exercises often and does running and lots of cooking. I get up at 4.30 am most mornings for work including weekends. I speak both Danish and English. Because the apartment is in 2 levels you will have a lot of privacy as well at the grown floor. About you: You must be a respectful and clean individualist with a steady income, who likes to interact and who understands the boundaries of sharing an apartment. You have moved on from the crazy party life but you still like a glass of wine or some cocktails every now and then but not every weekend. When having friends over you must take into consideration your neighbours past curfew, as people with kids and busy lifes lives next door, who likes it quiet. The cleaning routines weekly need to be done without any excuses. This goes for the shared area as ur room and bathroom every week. I have absolut no tolerance for a dirty none tidy home.
