What I am looking for: I am looking for someone who is quiet, calm, cleans up after themselves, pays the rent on time and social but respects a closed door. Non-smoker. No pets. Preferably someone who has a job for ease of chronotype. About your future roommate: You will be living with me (Hayato) 31 years old male from Japan/USA working full time as a musician in Aarhus Symphony Orchestra so my days are long and loud with lots of rehearsals and concerts every week. Loves to cook, meditate, learn, exercise, winter bath all of them hyggggge activities. About the room and apartment: This is a 2 room apartment - the bedroom itself is 18 square meters, the apartment in total is 52 square meters. There is also a nice communal garden and patio out back. The room is UNFURNISHED and has the most beautiful stucco finish on the ceiling with shades included (see photos). The kitchen (shared) has many drawers and cabinets. The bathroom (shared). There is a combination washer and dryer in the basement of the building. CPR registration possible.
