Hi all home seekers! I’ve been lucky to get hold of an apartment in Sonnesgade, aarhus C. The apartment is a 3-bedroom and living room, meaning that I have 2 other rooms available for rent, from the 1st of february. About the apartment: The apartment is located in Sonnesgade, a very centrical location, with just a 5 minute walk to VIA University. It offers easy transportation option and nearby grocery shops, like Rema 1000 or Netto. The apartment is 87m², with a kitchen, living room and bathroom, it also has a balcony. DIshwasher and washing machine are also included. All three bedrooms are 9m² each. Monthly rent is 4650 kr, plus 400kr aconto, including internet. About me: I´m an 18 y/o student from Spain, but I have also lived in the US as an exchange student. I’m currently studying at VIA. I like watching films or just having a conversation with somebody else, but I do respect a closed door. In my free time I like to go to the gym or hang out with my friends.
