We are subletting our house in Gentofte as we are moving to a new house. It is a short-term lease because the house is currently for sale, which means that we will have a 2-month notice and we will need to find a tenant who is willing to allow for viewings / open house (usually on Sundays) and keep the house presentable and clean for those occasions. The house (originally from 1901) is in perfect condition, with kitchen from 2015 and two bathrooms (one of them from 2022). Private garden. The location is just south of Gentofte lake and walking distance from grocery stores and other shops. The house is unfurnished, except for a big clothing cabinet. Timing: From March 1st. REQUIREMENTS: - one family occupancy only - short-term tenants agreeing to the 2 months notice - tenants who are flexible in terms of accomodating the scheduling of the viewings and who keep the house presentable and clean for those occasions More photos can be shared with potential tenants that we think could be a good match.
