Details:
The place spans the 2 top floors of the building; downstairs there is a kitchen/living room area, and upstairs there are a 2nd living room, bathroom, and 3 bedrooms.
The building has been renovated, but was originally built in the 1700s and used to be a harbour warehouse, so it has a pretty unique flair with large windows and exposed wooden beams.
The flat is less than a 5 minute walk from Christianshavn station, right between the harbour channel and the Christianshavn canal so, strong nautical vibes. There are plenty of restaurants, bars, and bodegas around, though the quaint cobbled street itself is rather quiet. The place is one bridge away from parliament island, and 10 minutes on foot from Nyhavn.
About us:
Erik is one of those eclectic pan-European types who lived a bit all over and doesn't feel any sense of national belonging. He came to Copenhagen a while back for a PhD in biochemistry, and then somehow ended up running an escape game business.
When he's not busy designing puzzles, he spends his time organizing social events, writing fiction, bouldering, and begging his 3D printer not to misbehave.
Lena is a good natured German linguist who ended up doing a research postdoc at a hearing aid company where she makes people uncomfortable for a living. She will very readily spar with you in witticisms. Her terminal fomo is probably at least partly responsible for her constant stream of fascinations, hobbies, and obsessions revolving around notions and fields that pretty much span the totality of human knowledge.
If you're interested, write us something about yourself and next week we'll go through the messages and get back to you.
