This small & cozy room puts you on DTU's doorstep with only a few minutes of walking to campus. Access to central Copenhagen is easy, thanks to the nearby 150S and 15E bus routes. Central Lyngby can also be easily accessed by bus or, ofcourse, bike. Bike parking is available in a locked shed, so your bike is protected from the weather. You will have access to the entire property (indoor and outdoor), with the exception of my personal room and the room of any other tenant staying on the property. This means that you will have access to the spacious lounge, kitchen area, and beautiful newely renovated bathroom. The full size of the property is 88m2, plus outdoor areas of approximately 50m2 total. A second room is also available for rent here, meaning that, including yourself, there could be up to three people staying on the property. A quick 5 minute bike ride will get you to the local food shops (Netto or SuperBrugsen), which should be able to provide you with your daily groceries. Local take-out restaurants include a pizza/kebab place, Thai restaurant, and sushi restaurant. Of course, there is the nearby local town of Lyngby, which provides additional restaurant and shopping variety. You can also easily get to the nearby beautiful deer park, which perfect for an afternoon jog or relaxing walk to the beach. As the name says, sight-seeing for deer (and other wildlife!) is also a pleasant activity in the park.
