Hi there, I am looking for a new female tenant to take over my roommate's room starting July 1st. The apartment is located just a three minute walk from Lyngby Station and is around 65m2 total. You can reach Nørreport in 15 minutes with the train. DTU is an 8-10 minute bike ride or a short bus ride. There are multiple grocery stores, shops, cafes, and restaurants around, and Lyngby Storcenter is a short walk. Lyngby has a very cute main street :) About the apartment: Everything you need to move in is already here. Your room is about 10m2 and you would share the large, modern kitchen, and newly renovated bathroom with just me. We also have a small living space with a table and couch. The kitchen is fully stocked and we have our own laundry machine and dishwasher. The bedroom furniture can be optionally purchased from the previous tenant. Rent includes utilities aconto and wifi can be optionally shared with me monthly. About you: Ideally you are a female between 25 and 35 (but anyone is welcome to contact, never know if it could be a perfect fit) who appreciates a calm, quiet, and clean home life. It would be nice to find someone who enjoys occasionally cooking or hanging out together. A cleaning schedule and good communication are a must. It would be great if you have flat share experience! The apartment is a bit small to entertain people but having some social evenings is also expected :) About me: I am a PhD student at DTU and enjoy being active (mostly playing volleyball but also bouldering, swimming, running, etc.). I am out of the apartment a lot and tend to be quite busy so appreciate a cosy and neat atmosphere when I am home. I am hoping to find a roomie who will also become a friend.
