We are looking for a new roommate for a 9 m² private room in our 100 m² shared apartment, which also has a large living room and two spacious balconies. The square-ish balcony (with the blue table) can be reached through Frieders or your room. The longer balcony spans the whole length of the living room and can be reached from two doors in the kitchen/living room. The apartment is located directly opposite KU South Campus. CBS and KU North Campus can both be reached in around 20 minutes by bike or metro. You'll be living with two roommates: -Frieder is starting his Master's in Finance at CBS -Justus is starting his Master's in Statistics at the University of Copenhagen (North Campus). We both enjoy sports, music and cooking. We have both lived in shared flats for the last 3 years and both like to keep the aparment clean and organized. We like having dinner together or spending time in the living room or on the balcony, but we also value everyone's privacy and personal space. The monthly rent is an estimate and includes water, heating, electricity, and internet (Without utilities DKK 7690, utilities: DKK 900). Since utility costs depend on actual consumption, the final amount may vary slightly. The whole apartment has just been renovated. We're looking for a non-smoker who is considerate, tidy, and looking for a relaxed and respectful shared home. Since we communicate in German and English, you should be comfortable speaking at least one of these languages.
