I’m looking for a preferably female tenant to rent a room in my spacious, newly built apartment in Brønshøj/Husum. I’m hoping to find someone sociable, friendly, and comfortable living with cats — I share the apartment with two sweet, clean and calm cats. I have only just myself moved into the apartment so still filling up with furniture. The apartment is quite large with three bedrooms, large living room/kitchen that would be a shared space and a reasonable size bathroom. We would be only two people living in this apartment, and the third room is used as my studio or a guest room if we have family/friend visits. I am myself renting this apartment and paying bigger share of the rent. About the apartment: Newly built building with central floor heating Washing machine and dryer in the apartment Modern, bright, and spacious Quiet and convenient neighborhood Lot of storage space in the basement for bicycle and extra The room: 10m sq Mostly unfurnished I can help with furnishing if needed (I have a spare bed and some extra furniture available) Plenty of space for storage. Location & transport: Close to 5C and 2A bus lines S-train station only 5 minutes away by bike Several grocery stores nearby Gym just a 5-minute walk away Rent & practical details: 6,900 kr./month (all included: water, heating, electricity, and internet) Payment: 20,700 kr. (one month deposit + first and last month’s rent) CPR registration available Preferably long-term rental Rental contract will be provided The contract will be with a three month trial period to see if we match. About me: I’m a working professional with a full-time job. Outside of work, I’m creative and have a separate room in the apartment that I use as my art studio. I paint regularly and would love to share that creative energy with someone who is also interested in art — you’d be very welcome to join or use the space sometimes if that’s something we both enjoy. I like having the apartment clean especially because i have two cats. I’m very sociable and enjoy having friends over occasionally for a cozy hangout (more dinners or relaxed evenings — not parties).
