It is a beautiful apartment in a good condition. The apartment has a kitchen with all the equipment you would need, plus a dishwasher. The bathroom is with a shower and the living room has a dining table and a TV. There is as well a nice garden perfect for BBQs, in the summer. There is also access to washing machine and dryer in the building, FREE to use. All expenses (water, heating, electricity and internet) are included. It is also possible to have your official address and CPR here too. About the room: It is a nice light room, fully furnished, with a desk, chair and bed. It also has a fireplace for the cold winter nights. About me: I am a 37 year old Danish guy looking for ONE to share my apartment with.
