På Bjerget, 2400 København, København NV - 2. sal
Hi there!
I'm looking for a tenant to rent my 16 m2 bedroom
The room is located on the second floor with good light incidence.
The apartment is for two people (no couples):
that means it contains 2 separate large bedrooms, a hallway, a bathroom and a kitchen. There is no living room/big kitchen space for shared dining. This is done in our separate rooms (I've made a couch area in mine for that)
The bathroom has a large shower booth, floor heating and a big mirror
Apart from a washing machine, the kitchen also features dishwasher, oven w. oven extractor, microwave and a mini freezer
And to this, are a basement-deposit-room and a shared drying attic on the same floor, to the right, of the apartment
My apartment is located in the sought after Cooperative in a protected building with a lovely brick wall facade.
It's also close to two busses (4A and 6A) and is about 10 minutes walk from two train stations (Emdrup and Bispebjerg).
My place is located in Copenhagen NW, meaning its the 'outskirts' of Copenhagen, so its 30 mins on bike to the center.
There are also a shared green area behind a closed gate, where benches, grill and clotheslines are available.
The Cooperative also offers rooms at a cheap rent if needed for bigger parties or other events.
A short walking distance from the Cooperative, are a large grass-park-area (Bispebjerg cemetary) and Utterslev mose (green area with large lake and bird reserve) for walking, running and biking.
So if you like green areas with fresh air and lovely sunsets, this place is for you.
Different supermarkets (Netto, LIDL, Rema 1000, 365.) are within a 5 minutes on bike.
The rent is at 4.900/dk at month.
(The rent is calculated with the new electricity/heat prices.)
As well as the deposit, 4.900/dk
+ 1 month prepaid rent
- so in total when moving in: 14.700,00 dk
(pr. January 1st 2023 the rent will be regulated again, in regard to the rising electricity/heat prices)
About me:
I'm a 25 year old Danish student, who studies (textile design, handicraft and communication).
I love to drink tea, nurse my many plants, doing embroidery and listen to Chinese music.
A lot of my spare time revolves around Chinese language studies, sewing, walks in nature and watching series.
I also have a guinea pig, who means to world to me.
I hope my future tenant.
- is non smoker
- is not allergic to fur, as pets are allowed in the apartment.
(I don't house bigger animals like dogs and cats. Not up for discussion.)
-respects the rules/house rules decided by the Cooperative
-partakes in our shared cleaning (weekly/monthly) of the apartment, because it is important to me that my home is nice, clean and tidy.
- is a quiet and calm person, (as I'm a bit introverted myself)
if that sounds like something you could be interested in, please send me a message and we can talk further.
Sincerely, Evelin
