A furnished room on the first floor of my villa is up for rent. The furniture in the room can be stored somewhere else If you have your own furniture. You will have access to a shared kitchen and access to washing and drying in our basement. We shower in the downstairs bathroom so the upstairs bathroom will primarily be shared with our other tenant. We enjoy a gigabit, low-latency internet access. This can be a accessed through wired and wireless connections in the room and in the kitchen. A small workspace is provided in the kitchen. The villa is located in a quiet neighborhood 5km from Copenhagen city hall. It has easy access to metro, S-trains and busses. We are currently living 3 people in the house; my wife, myself and 2 tenants one of which will be moving out soon. You will have all the privacy that you want. We are looking for a quiet tenant who is employed or studying. We prefer that the tenant does not frequently entertain guests at the house and does not have children. BR Morten
