Good day room seekers, I have a light airy room available in a beautiful new flat in Ørestad. The flat is 98sqm and Is south facing so a lot of sun on the balcony when it decides to show its face. The room is 12sqm and is 6400kr a month, it has one large window and one floor to ceiling window that looks out onto the Balcony. The room is available for move in the 1st April. The room will have a deposit of 2 months laid down as a security deposit, and the last month pre paid. Electricity is settled every month after usage split between us. The apartment will be shared with me, I manage a restaurant full time and am lucky enough to have a studio space in the centre where I am working on a webshop to sell the extensive storage of vintage menswear and mid century furniture that I have. The other room is taken by Kacper, a building engineer working on huge developments across the city. He is super down to earth and spends his free time in the great outdoors. It goes without saying that I would like people with experience living with others and who prioritise cleanliness and order in their lives.
