The living room is not included — you are renting a room in my apartment under my terms. The rent is DKK 5,000 per month (incl. water, heat, electricity and wifi), plus 1 month’s rent in advance and a DKK 5,000 deposit – a total of DKK 15,000 to be paid before moving in. You will be living with me, Tor, a Danish male 50+, and my dog Buster. I work as both a graphic designer and a security officer in the CPH airport. My 16-year-old son Oscar stays here some weekends.
