We are renting out a bright and comfortable 12 m² room in our home for a period of up to 6 months. The apartment is located in the heart of Christianshavn, right by the canal – one of Copenhagen’s most charming and desirable neighbourhoods. You’ll be within walking distance of cafés, restaurants, the Metro, and the city centre, while enjoying the relaxed atmosphere that makes Christianshavn such a wonderful place to live. The room is furnished with: * Queen-size bed * Comfortable armchair with a small table * Chest of drawers * Clothes rack You will have shared access to the kitchen and bathroom. Please note that the living room is the family’s private space and is not included in the rental. You will be living with a friendly and easy-going family consisting of two adults and our adult son. We enjoy a relaxed atmosphere and are looking for someone who appreciates living in a family home and is considerate of others. We are ideally looking for someone who is employed, a commuter, or completing an internship (for example in hospitality, architecture, or another professional field). The room is best suited for someone who mainly needs a comfortable and peaceful place to stay while working or studying. We appreciate keeping our home clean and tidy, while also understanding that we all have busy lives and that the occasional dish may be left until later. Mutual respect, consideration, and a friendly atmosphere are what matter most to us. We are looking for a quiet, responsible, and reliable tenant who is seeking a temporary home for up to six months.
