The apartment is located in a quiet neighbourhood with great transport connections. It is about a 9-minute walk from both Vangede St. and Dyssegård St. on the B-train line, and around 5 minutes from nearby bus stops. It is also conveniently located approximately 15 minutes from DTU and 21 minutes from Nørreport. The apartment is bright and spacious and spans at around 13 m², with a large living room, kitchen, a beautiful balcony, a shared bathroom, and access to a locked bike garage and storage unit in the basement. The rooms is furnished and include a bed, desk, and a mattress. The rent is 6800 DKK and extra for the utilities. Additionally, I have a storage, wardrobe, coat rack and a shoe rack which if the tenant would need, we can discuss the possibility of hand over as well at a suitable price. You will be sharing the apartment with my 2 lovely flatmates, Marianna and Jose, in their 20's who are Portugese, studying full-time at DTU and they have their own jobs. We enjoy having shared dinners, good energy and really random discussions at home from time to time. The area is calm and well-connected, with grocery shops around 5 minutes away by bike. I'm having to move out because of a sudden change in my work place and I would really appreciate if I could find someone to move in from the 1st of November or even at latest 15th of November as well.
