We’re looking for a new tenant for the apartment that’s part of our home. It has a private entrance, two bright and spacious rooms (partly furnished), a large bathroom with a washing machine, and a small kitchenette. Please note that there’s no running water in the kitchenette, so dishes are washed in the bathroom. Our current tenants are chefs and have found this setup perfectly manageable. There’s also a generous hallway with plenty of storage, and the entire apartment is privately yours. Free street parking is available, and access to the garden can be arranged. The apartment is located in Bagsværd, close to Hareskoven forest and Furesø Lake. The nearest S-train station is just 600 meters away, and the ride to the city center takes about 20 minutes. Novo Nordisk HQ are 10 minutes away from the house. We’re looking for a calm, mature, and kind tenant who will take good care of the space. Preferably a commuter or a senior student. This apartment is for one person only.
