Hi! I’m going on exchange to Germany this fall 2026, and therefore renting out a room in my apartment. I’m looking to find a good match to my friend and roomie Trine whom you’ll be living with during your stay. Because it’s a shorter stay it will be a fixed term tenancy agreement from August 30th until December 22nd.
Please read the following and don’t hesitate to ask questions😊
______________________________________________
About the room:
The room is about 9 sq m and has a 140x200 cm bed, large closet with mirrors and two windows that can be fully opened.
The room comes with furniture including bed with duvet and pillow(no sheets or linen), desk, chair, closet, wall decorations and shelfs for books📚
Since it’s a shorter stay no larger re-decoration is allowed. You can of course put up your own pictures on the existing screws in the wall if you’d like☺️
About the area:
The apartment is located in the best part of CPH if you ask us! Nørrebro is a multicultural, safe, energetic and lively part of Copenhagen. On the last picture you can see the walking distances to a local park where many young people hang out and nearest grocery stores and metro-station along with out best recommendations for local cafés and bars🍻
About the apartment:
The apartment consist of two bedrooms, a kitchen, a balcony and a bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped and newly renovated with an oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher and all regular kitchen tools available. In the bathroom there is a washing machine free of charge and a small drying rack. In the basement you can pay for a tumble dryer if you prefer.
❗️Please note, that you only have fully access to the following: your own room, kitchen with a smaller high table as your dining area(seats up to two people), and the bathroom. The other room and the balcony will function as Trine’s room unless the two of you choose to make another arrangement during your stay. Therefore a guarantee of a balcony and shared space is not a part of the arrangement❗️
About your new roomie Trine:
You’ll be living with my best friend Trine who is looking forward to making you feel at home, maybe show you around the city and do fun activities together if you’re interested. Here’s a little note from her:
My name is Trine, and I’m 23 years old. I’m originally from Western Jutland, but I’ve lived in Copenhagen for 2 years now, and I’m currently studying English on my 2nd semester at Copenhagen University. I’m looking forward to meeting you and to show you around the city! (I’ll be sure to show you all my favourite bars, or the best spot in the park to drink a beer!)🍻
We look forward to hear from you!
Kind regards
