The room includes bed, storage and basic furnishings, and you will have access to your own kitchen – a rare bonus for a room rental. Location: * 5 min bike ride to the city centre * 2 min to Dybbølsbro Station * Close to shops, cafés and public transport Current setup (important): The apartment is undergoing renovation. Toilet is shared, and during this period, shower facilities are located in the basement. About the apartment: * Quiet building * Access to shared yard and bike parking * Laundry in the building * Furnished setup * CPR registration possible About us: You will be living with a couple in our late 30s / early 40s and our cat. One of us works from home, and we both value a calm, respectful home environment. We are both meditators, so the atmosphere is quiet and grounded. Practical info: * Rent: 6,500 DKK/month (incl. internet and utilities) * Available from: now / 1 May * Rental period: Short-term during renovation There may be the possibility to stay longer and rent a larger/private area once renovation is complete (rent will change accordingly).
