The apartment is in Sydhavn, Dieselvej, 2 floor, a 112m2 flat with amazing views of the canals and a total of 3 private rooms. Two of the rooms are occupied by a friend of mine and me, and we are looking for a new flatmate to live in the remaining one. The apartment utilities include water, heat, electricity, and Internet. The room for rent is the 9m2 closer to the entrance, with access to the common areas of the house and a small shared storage to leave the bulk (this one is inside one of the rooms, though). The renting period lasts for as long as you want to stay :) About us, we are two Spanish friends (34 y/o) who have been living together for +8 years. My friend is a Head Chef at a nearby restaurant, and I am a Postdoctoral Researcher at DTU. We both share common hobbies such as bouldering and playing MTG. When the weather allows it, we like to join other friends in common to eat out and do things together. On the other hand, our working schedules can be a bit hectic; therefore, we value coming home to a place where we can relax. We would appreciate having a flatmate with similar values around the house.
