Apartment data: Big and bright two bedroom apartment located on a 2nd floor of a building complex from ca. 2007. With spacious shared spaces: kitchen with a dining area connected to a sunny living room, properly sized bathroom and two big covered balconies facing north and south. Location: Nordvest, near Nørrebro St. (10 min walking) and Bispebjerg St. (7 min) and many shops nearby, such as: Lidl 1 min away, Netto 2-3 minutes away, Lygten Bazaar and Norrebro Center 5 minutes away. Bedroom: 8,5m2 (marked with an x on the floor plan), unfurnished Rent: 7690kr (7070kr rent + 620kr aconto) + 120kr internet + 100-160kr electricity every month Move in price: 7070kr x 6 (first month, 3 months deposit, 2 months prepaid rent) = 42420kr Rental period: preferably long term, but 6-12 months as a starting point (can be discussed) About me: You would be sharing the apartment with me, a 28 year old woman from Poland. I've been living in Denmark for almost 6 years now, of which the last 2,5 years in this lovely apartment. I did my master's degree at Aalborg University and now I work full-time. I am a vegetarian and a calm and easy going person. In my free time I go bouldering and play tennis. I like my own space but I'd love to create a comfortable, cozy & safe shared home atmosphere, and to have dinner together every once in a while, hang out, etc. It's also important to me that our house is a LGBTQ+ friendly space 🏳️‍🌈 About you: I am looking for a female roommate in mid-twenties to mid-thirties, preferably working full-time or in the latter stages of education.
