The room is big and bright, fully furnished with bed, sofa, desk, chair, drawer and clothing rack etc. We prefere a mature responsible person with an active working life. We appreciate a tenant who will have no issues with cleaning spaces and equipment etc after own use. And we focus very much in choosing somebody with balanced communication skills, to sort out things along the way. Please be aware that this is not a community space and it is also not for couples.
