Your Bathroom: The Copenhagen Style Bathroom was recently renovated in 2024 and holds a new toilet, new fall-stem, new paint on walls and floor. The Bathroom is super small, a traditional Copenhagen Bathroom, size is 2 SM.

Furnitures: The room is furnished, there is a brand new high quality king-size bed 180X200 cm. Desk-table, chair, shelfs, commodes and lamps.

Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with all kitchen utensils.

Laundry: There is a super good laundry in the building.

1. Only for rent for a non smoker.
2. Only for rent for ONE person!
3. It is a pescatarian household, meaning no meat household. Fish, Eggs and Dairy is fine!

Us: I am a female landlord, living with my teenage son who is 15. This summer my son is attendign Boarding School (EFTERSKOLE). I am an academic. Loving Nature, Training, Fitness, Swimming, Boxing, Reading, Chess, Piano and Traveling.

Household: As stated in the terms the household is pescatarian. Kindly only book a personal viewing if you are OK with a pescatarian household. Fish/Eggs/Dairy is fine!

Location: Located right next to Nørrebro PARK and only 3 minute walk to the lovely famous Jægersborgade (as well as Stefansgade) with large green areas, Basket Ball pitch, Volley ball, Football, Hookey, Café life, Skating, Restaurants, Shopping etc. It is a Vibrant Diverse Neighborhood. Nørrebro is known for creativity, diversity, and a student-friendly atmosphere, all features making it a perfect place to live happily as a young person. It is truly sincerely the coolest neighborhood in the World, as recognized by Timeout Magazine ;-)
