Hello, I am looking for someone to sublet my room from September - March minimum (can move in earlier as needed), with the possibility of taking over the contract. The apartment is in a great part of Nørrebro - Nørrebro station is less than 10 minutes walk away and there is literally every different supermarket available within a 5 min walk, the red square is just down the road, plus a flea market every weekend under the bridge next to us and Grøndalsparken nearby for when you need extra nature. The apartment is through a courtyard so not on a main road and the back looks out onto a park so you mainly hear birds tweeting and children playing. The apartment is really spacious and has lots of storage available and we have a huge shared roof terrace that gets the sun all day. It also comes with very nice neighbours, especially the apartment right next door! I can leave all the furniture and bedding as needed, or I can remove it so you have space for your own. My roomie is the best person ever; her name is Gaja, she's in her late 20s, works in HR and her passion is videography and women's rights. Her favourite colour palette is black and mine is rainbow, so you can see we have come to an excellent compromise on the decorating. She is fun and funny and super easy to get on with (especially if you keep her well stocked in chocolate pots from Rema 1000). We were friends before we were roomies, so that's definitely the current vibe of the apartment - we share food, coffee, washing powder etc, but it's really up to you how you want to settle in going forward. Gaja spends most of her time at her partner's apartment so you will pretty much have the place to yourself, but she is also hoping to find someone friendly for movie nights and dinners. The rent is 10.500 per month, all the bills come out easily to under 500 a month. I know it’s expensive but it’s a great apartment and as I said, you will mostly have it to yourself and I’m happy to just sublet for 6 months or talk about contract takeover.
