Hi there!
I'm looking for a tenant to rent my 16 m3 bedroom
The room is located on the second floor with good light incidence.
The apartment is for two people: meaning it contains 2 separate bedrooms, a hallway, a bathroom and a kitchen. No living room
The bathroom has a large shower booth, floor heating and a new mirror
Apart from a washing machine, the kitchen also features dishwasher, oven w. oven extractor, and a mini freezer
And to this, are a basement-deposit-room and a shared drying attic on the same floor, to the right, of the apartment
My apartment is located in the sought after Cooperative in a protected building with a lovely brick wall facade.
It's also close to two busses (4A and 6A) and is about 10 minutes walk from two train stations (Emdrup and Bispebjerg)
There are also a shared green area behind a closed gate, where benches, grill and clotheslines are available. The Cooperative also offers rooms at a cheap rent if needed for bigger parties or other events.
A short walking distance from the Cooperative, are a large grass-park-area (Bispebjerg cemetary) and Utterslev mose (green area with large lake and bird reserve) for walking, running and biking. Different supermarkets (Netto, LIDL, Rema 1000, 365) are within a 5 minutes on bike.
The area around the complex is green and has beautiful sunsets over the cemetery. The air is cleaner here, as this is the highest point in Copenhagen.
The rent includes everything; heat, water, electricity, washing, internet...
I hope my future tenant.
- is non smoker
- is not allergic to fur
(pets are allowed in the apartment, but because my apartment is located on the second floor, is without a living room, I don't find it optimal to house dogs/cats)
-respects the rules/house rules decided by the Cooperative
-partakes in our shared cleaning (weekly/monthly) of the apartment, because it is important to me that my home is nice, clean and tidy.
- is a quiet and calm person
if that sounds like something you could be interested in, please send me a message and we can talk further.
Sincerely, Evelin
