You can also catch the water bus close by. Your roaming space is 50 sq m. The room is 15 sq m maybe more, 1 big closet 1 small and furnished. The current tenant is leaving for 6 months. And wish for me to rent it out in the meantime. So the lease is only 6 months. For now. You have a few minutes on bike to Vesterbro and you have the city central very close by. This is an amazing place for the summer. The apartment is very well looked after, so you will live in a well established space. The apartment speaks to people who enjoy a peaceful environment, however in the past we dealt with people who arent particulary happy to help keep the place tidy and clean. So just to make that very clear: We do not tolerate tenants who loves to live in a rat -nest. Nobody expect perfect, but please help keep the house tidy and clean :) Its nice to come home to and its nice to wake up to. You will probably experience the place here to be very calm as people arent home that much. Work, hobbies and so on. 3 tenants in total - thats including perhaps...you? All working adults, kind, helpful, fun and friendly. I do bring my cats occasionally from my house if the need to go to the vet. So mind that, if you have allergies.
