A single room is available in a new (2019) 4-bedroom shared flat in Buddinge from February 2026. You will share the flat with 3 other people (Rena-Lisa, Philipp and Tjalling) in the age of 25-29, who are all internationals (Greece, Austria and the Netherlands). Rena-Lisa currently does her Masters at KU, Tjalling has a Postdoc position at KU and I am in my final PhD year at DTU. We are rather active people that respect a closed door, but we are always up for a nice chat in our shared kitchen. The room is ~13sqm (Room 2 on the floorplan) in a 177sqm apartment with a terrace. The rent is 5668,60 dkk/month including water and heating aconto. The rent is usually updated at the beginning of the year by a few percent. Other utilities (internet, electricity) have a variable price and are paid quarterly and shared equally among all tenants. The apartment includes a modern kitchen with a dishwasher, fridge, freezer, stove and oven. Washing machine and dryer are located in the bathroom. The room comes unfurnished, but our current roommate is interested in selling the bed and the wardrobe (see room picture) to the new tenant. The apartment is located on the first floor of a newly renovated apartment complex with bike and car parking spots, as well as some common areas. We also have a spacious balcony where we sometimes have a relaxed BBQ with our electric grill :) The apartment is well connected to Copenhagen city center through the S-train and busses. Also Lyngby and DTU are reachable either by bus (and sooner or later the new tramline) or within biking distance (Door -> DTU ~25-30 mins biking or bus). There are many grocery shops and other stores (Buddinge Centret) close by. We are looking for a relaxed person, preferably in a similar life stage as us and for a long term contract (>1 year).
