The apartment is in a newly built building with high-quality finishes. 🛏️ The room: Partly furnished (bed + some storage/desk), around 12 m². 📅 Move-in: November – let’s agree on a date. 💰 Rent: 7000 DKK/month, all inclusive (utilities + wifi). Deposit: 2 months’ rent, refundable at the end of the tenancy. 🆔 CPR registration is possible. 👤 About me: I’m an IT developer from Poland, in my late 30s, working daily in Copenhagen. After work I usually hit the gym, go bouldering, or do other sporty activities. I also like board games. 🔎 Looking for: Someone 30+ who’s ideally looking for a longer-term stay.
