Located just 10 minutes walk from the beach and 10 minutes walk from the train station which gets you to Copenhagen Central in under 20 minutes, this room is perfect for students and young professionals. This modern flat features a well equipped kitchen (cooking utensils, crockery, storage and coffee machine included), 4 shared bathrooms, a cosy living room with a projector and free laundry facilities. All utilities are included in the rent (electric, heating, water, wifi). There is also a lovely garden for the summer months. The room itself is furnished with a bed, wardrobe/cupboard, coatrack and your own fridge freezer. There is also underfloor heating throughout the house. You will be sharing with students mainly at Copenhagen Business School and young professionals aged 20 - 30. We are a social bunch who hang out once every couple of weeks and are always up for a good chat in the kitchen. We ask that you are a considerate flatmate who cleans up after themselves.
