14 m2 room in Østerbro. Our dear roomie is finishing her master, and moving back to Schwitzerland, so we are looking for a new roomie! Roomie interviews already the 18th and 25th of May :) I (Christopher, 27 years old), my girlfriend Maja (29) and my roomie Lea (28) are looking for a 4th roomie to share a flat in Østerbro. We are renting out the bottom left room shown in the picture. The whole apartment is 100 m2. Practical stuff: * Rent is 5800 kr a month, everything included * Deposit is 15.000, which includes both deposit and prepaid rent. * The contract is for 6 months, to see if we are a fit, but hopefully you are able to stay for much longer! :) *Moving in date is July 15th, so rent from 15th to 31st will be 2500 kr. *We have all basic amenities (washing machine, dish washer, internet and so on) Lea is a 2D animator working from home, Maja is a pedagogue working in kindergarten and I am studying on my master. We share the kitchen/dining room (upper left room, and also have a balcony.
