We are having interviews already on 4th of May and 9th of may, from 4 pm and onwards 😊 if these dates don't match we'll find another. We Christopher (28) and Maja (30) (we are a couple), and our roomie Devlin (30) are looking for a 4th roomie to share our flat in Østerbro. We are renting out the bottom right room shown in the picture. The whole apartment is 100 m2, with a big, shared kitchen/dining room and a nice, shared balcony towards the courtyard. About us: Maja is a Pedagogue working parttime jobs in a kindergarten and a café. Christopher is studying for a master in Medicine and working parttime jobs in the hospital and in a clinic. Devlin is a tattoo artist and works in a tattoo studio. We’re a relatively calm household who all enjoy relaxing at home and taking it slow, while enjoying the occasional game night or cooking together. Practical stuff: * Room can be either fully furnished (bed, two dressers, desk, curtains and clothes rack as shown in the pictures) or completely empty * Moving in date is either 1st of June or 1st of August depending on furnished or not * Available for 10-12 months, with possibility of extending! * Rent is 5800 kr. a month, everything included (gas, heat, water, electricity) * Deposit is 15.000, which includes both deposit and prepaid rent. *We have all basic amenities (washing machine, dish washer, internet and so on)
