Do you love dogs? ----- PLEASE READ THIS FIRST: I am looking for a tenant who loves dogs and who is able and willing to help taking care of him. You need to take him walking a few times a week and also some times be fully responsible for him when I am travelling or not available. For this help I am offering a discount on the room (normal price is DKK 7.500). The kitchen is shared between 4 people and the bathroom is shared between 3 people (I have my own). ----- Room with lots of light located on Rosenørns Alle on the 5th floor (elevator available). It is a central location close to Forum metro station, the city center, shops, restaurants, CBS, Nørrebro, Vesterbro and Frederiksberg. The room can be offered furnished if needed. CPR registration is possible. Fixed monthly expense for electricity, water, internet is DKK 350. The apartment is a place to relax and work, meaning people should respect each other and limit noise and social activities in the apartment. Quite hours between 22.00 and 06.00. The apartment is fairly big (approx. 220m2). I have my own private part where I live. A total of 4 persons is living in the apartment. Please note that I have a small dog/puppy living in the apartment.
