Room to rent from March 1st A new, beautiful, bright, spacious apartment in a great location, 3 minutes away from Øresund Metro and 5min from Amager Beach. Tall ceilings, and big windows with a view of a small green space. The neighborhood is very quiet with mostly families and retirees. The apartment is 120m2 with three bedrooms, a big living space with a built-in kitchen, and a bathroom. There is a washing machine and a fully equipped kitchen. Your room will be unfurnished. I lived with two of my friends, however, they will be sadly both moving out in February. I am 28 and work in a pharma company. Your second flatmate will be a very nice Scottish guy. We are calm and easy-going people, we like to have fun, mostly outside of the apartment. We work long hours and are out of the apartment a lot. I am looking for a person in a similar situation. Someone clean, respectful, easy-going, and friendly. Loud parties in the flat should not be frequent since we have very difficult neighbors when it comes to noise. Guests are very welcome however not for extended periods and with a notice beforehand. I like the apartment to be clean and we might introduce a cleaning schedule. Rent includes heating, water, and Wi-Fi. The deposit is 6000x2, so the moving price is 12.000 + 6200 rent. Electricity is paid monthly and the invoice is split by three. CPR number is of course available from the moving-in date. The notice period for both parties is 2 months.
