It’s a modern 100 sqm apartment with bathroom, spacious kitchen & living room and a lovely balcony facing the sun and the pretty courtyard. Just around the corner are a bouldering gym and the canals – so if you are into climbing walls or being in the water, you can go wild here. The area is well connected with a bus stop in front of the house, the new metro in walking distance and Sydhavn station close-by. YOUR NEW ROOMMATE My name is Raphael, I'm in my mid-30’s, moved to Copenhagen almost ten years ago and have been working office jobs. In my leisure time, I'm active and like to spend time with people and in nature. I play volleyball, dance, boulder, just got into kayaking and volunteer here and there. At home, I like to have a chat, enjoy a meal together and share a cup of coffee/ glass of wine on the balcony, while I also appreciate my personal time with a book or listening to music. There are no particular expectations in you as a person, so please bring yourself as you are.
