The house is a 3-floor modernized old half-timbered building from 1896 with a front and back garden. The ground floor is furnished and has a view of the garden and the road; and the road where the house is located is a small, closed and a very quiet road. The ground floor has its own private entrance just after the main door of the house, has its own bathroom and has access to a kitchen. The rent is DKK 9000 kroner per month all included (internet, heat, El, water) and a deposit corresponding to three months' rent.
