Unique and charming family townhouse (3 bedrooms), located in the heart of Copenhagen in an historical neighbourhood (Kartoffelrækkerne). A few minutes walk from Øster Anlæg park, the Botanical Garden, King´s Garden, and The National Gallery makes the area really attractive. There are many embassies in the area and the UN City a short distance. Around the corner from a lively street with restaurants, shops, take-aways, etc. The townhouse (Rækkehuse) is fully furnished, including linen. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, microwave, oven, etc . Washing machine and dryer also available (basement). The train and metro stations of Nørreport and Østerport are less than 10 minutes walk (or 2 bus stops) and the nearest bus hub with more than 10 bus lines is just 2 minutes away. Time-limited lease of min 3 months - max. 4 months (September- December 2025 included) while we are overseas. Utilities consumption excluded (internet, electricity, heating and water). Three floors: -Ground floor: living room and ensuite dinning room, toilet guest, cozy kitchen, and decked terrace. -First floor: master bedroom, with ensuite studio (working space) and large renovated bathroom. -Last floor: two bedrooms and toilet with shower. The deposit is refunded upon delivery of the apartment in the same condition. No shareble, parties or social events, no smoking in premises or loud noices.
