The apartment - 3 rooms total: 1 bedroom, living room and kitchen, 80 sqm - Washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher all included in the apartment - Fully furnished and equipped with quality items, including electric standing desk, with docking station and 27" monitor, 65" OLED TV with Sonos soundbar, PlayStation 5, a Roborock robot vacuum,... - Move in and just live: everything is set up and ready, and you will also have my bike to use (if the size is appropriate for you, of course)! Rent & terms - Around 17,500 kr/month, all-inclusive (utilities prepaid on an a-conto basis and settled against actual consumption) - exact figure to be confirmed after the yearly rent adjustment that should come in September - Sublet period: 10-14 months starting tentatively October or November 2026.
