This 210 year old charming apartment is located in the historical part of the Copenhagen city center. It’s close to everything you need: restaurants, museums, ‘Nyhavn’ and everything else you can imagine. It is located 120 meters away from Nørreport station. The apartment is fully furnished. The move-in date for the apartment is 21/8 2024 and the rental period is up until 31/1 2025. By the end of the rental period, the apartment is expected to be thoroughly cleaned. Any damages that may occur will be withdrawn from the deposit. If so, these need to be documented. If the damages require preparation then this needs to completed latest 31/1 2025 The interior design such as wall paint, furniture, art/posters that require to be hung with a seam or screws has to stay unchanged by the end of the rental period. Everything that's written down in the interior list has to be controlled when moving out of the apartment. The inventory list includes things such as kitchen utilities, a microwave, an oven, and a wine cooler as well as a TV and Wi-fi.
