This 200+ year old charming apartment is located in the historical part of the Copenhagen city centre. It’s close to everything you need: restaurants, museums, ‘Nyhavn’ and everything else you can imagine.
It is located 120 meters away from Nørreport Station, which makes it easy and convenient to get around the city.
The apartment is fully furnished and includes a well-equipped kitchen, microwave, stove, oven and even a small wine cooler. The bathroom is spacious for an old Copenhagen apartment and includes a washing machine.
The size and design of the apartment make it suitable for a couple or a single person to live in.
Wi-fi and electricity are excluded from the rent. Aconto (heating) is an additional cost that's added to the monthly rent.
If preferred, the tenants can decide to pay for the current wi-fi subscription.
Everything that's written down in the interior list has to be controlled when moving out of the apartment. The inventory list includes things such as kitchen utilities, a microwave, an oven, and a wine cooler, as well as a TV and Wi-fi.
By the end of the rental period, the apartment is expected to be thoroughly cleaned. Any damages that may occur will be withdrawn from the deposit.
If so, these need to be documented and fixed before the end of the rental period.
I should also mention that there is no storage unit in the building.
