Jeg fremlejer hermed min studielejlighed ud d. 13. marts-25. juni. Lejligheden er omkring 42 m2 og har eget køkken, bad og altan. Mit boligselskab skal have tilsendt et bevis for at du er indskrevet på et studie i udlejningsperioden. Lejligheden udlejes med et skab, et par hylder, et bord, en (temmelig smadret, men charmerende) lænestol, et par stole og en 11/2-sengs boksmadras (uden topmadras). Med i møblementet er også nogle planter, som jeg bliver meget glad hvis du vil vande én gang om måneden. De har bedst af at ikke have det for vådt og behøver ikke mere pasning end dét. _______ Nice student apartment 20 min by foot from Southern Campus and ITU sublet, partly furnished, fixed term. I'm subletting my student apartment to a student the 13th march-25.june. The apartment is about 42m2 and has a kitchen, bathroom and balcony. My housing association requires a certificate of your status as student for the duration of the subletting. The apartment comes with a closet, a couple shelves, a table, a (quite old, but charming) armchair, a couple tble chairs and a box mattress bed (without top mattress). With the furniture also comes a number of plants, that I will be very happy if you water once a month. They thrive on not being kept moist, and don't need more attention than that. "OBS.
