We are going to my home country for two months and am looking to sublet my cute studio for the time I am away (1 July - 30 August). Start date can be moved up or down by a week, but I will need to have the place back on the evening of 30th August 2026. This is a 1 room studio apartment, conveniently located 5mins walk from Norrebro metro/s-train station. Suitable for one or two people. Fotex, Rema, Gym and Asian markets are available in 300m radius. In the room, you will find a small kitchen area with two hotplates, a bed, wardrobe, table and chair. There is a huge common area, kitchen, TT table and terrace in the building. I will move all my things to a storage facility, but can leave anything that you may need for your stay (utensils, humidifier, clock etc) if you wish. I will pay for utilities (water, electricity, laundry).
