A great little apartment very close to DTU (4 min bikeride) and in close proximity to other public transport. The surroundings are amazing with Dyrehaven (forest) within walking distance and shopping nearby too. The apartment is on the second floor and has a nice view (see picture) and consists of good size bathroom with shower, a small kitchen and one room easy to furnish and a balcony in full width of the apartment. The apartment can be un/-semi/ or fully furnished. The current tenant will move out 31/1 and then it needs to be renovated for a new tenant. First showings will start around mid February.
