I'm going abroad on exchange, so I'm subletting my apartment from 1 February to 1 July 2027. CPR registration available. It's a bright 31 m² one-room flat on the first floor of Peter Bangs Vej, right on the Valby/Frederiksberg border. Fully furnished and move-in ready. The kitchen is fully equipped, and there's a TV with Apple TV, a large desk, and a bed with a mattress. The balcony is large and gets sun from early afternoon to the sunset. Getting around: KB Hallen station a 2 minute walk with trains every few minutes and all night at weekends. Flintholm is 15 minutes away with the Metro M1/M2 and the C/H S-trains — central Copenhagen in about 15 minutes, and CBS, KU, ITU and DTU all reachable with at most one change. The area is greener than most of Copenhagen. Damhussøen and Damhusengen are right next door, good for running or swimming, and Grøndalsparken is right outside the apartment. Supermarkets, bakeries and restaurants are all within a few hundred metres. Practical: the sublet is time-limited because I'm away on a study exchange, so the end date is firm. Deposit and prepaid rent are one month each. Non-smoking, no pets. Good for couples, a student or a professional on a fixed term — and of course I'm happy to do a video viewing if you're not in Copenhagen yet.
