The fully furnished flat (25 m2) has a study; a small kitchen with a hot plate, a microwave oven and a refrigerator; a bathroom with a shower and access to a washing machine. My house is close to Lyngby Station (7-10 minutes walk) and it is easy to get to DTU. The rent for the flat includes heating, water, electricity, Internet connection and clean bedding and towels every two weeks. Rent and the deposit is to be paid in advance. The deposit is returned to you when you leave, if the place is left clean and in the same condition as you found it when you came.
