The furnished apartment is in two connected levels. Downstairs(2.): Entrance, bathroom with shower, Two spacious rooms (one with small balcony) with connecting double door. Open fully equipped kitchen (2019) with dining area. From the kitchen area a stairway leads to a bright living room space upstairs. In connection to this is another similar room/office. This room also has direct access from main stairway. 5 rooms total including dining room. This apartment is ideal for small family; For example : couple with one 'big' child or younger children, or a single person with several older children, since bathroom and cooking areas are not huge. Location in attractive neighborhood ‘Lyngbyvejskvarteret’ with quiet streets, many children and social activities such as local Café, open air flee markets, communal dining, yoga, Halloween, street party etc. Nearby is CPH’s biggest park. The harbour and beach are within 10 min. We are well connected by train/bus/metro/bicycle all CPH is reachable within 10-20 min. (Center 10 min) Also the northern suburbs of CPH are very easily reached. Access to two small gardens; one facing street, and one secluded back yard.
