🏡 We’ll be away as a family on parental leave and are looking for considerate tenants who need a temporary home and will take good care of our house.

The house is 154 m² in total. One small ground-floor room is reserved for storing our belongings and will not be available to tenants. It is included in the total area.

• Close to Copenhagen Airport
• Schools, daycare, a sports hall and shops within about 1 km
• Tårnby Station within walking distance, roughly 10–15 minutes depending on the route

Rent and terms

Rent: 17,000 DKK/month, including internet Utilities: 4,000 DKK/month a conto for heating, water and electricity Deposit: 17,000 DKK, equal to one month’s rent Rent and a conto are payable at the start of each month. Total initial payment: 38,000 DKK (deposit, first month’s rent and first a conto payment)

Heating, water and electricity are all settled against the actual supplier bills. Electricity is billed monthly, heating quarterly and water twice a year, so the final settlement is expected in May. Once it’s done, any surplus is refunded and the deposit is returned, after any valid deductions. Any costs above the a conto payments are payable separately.

No pets. Smoking inside the house is strictly prohibited.

We would prefer someone for all four months, but a three-month stay within these dates can be discussed.

This is our own family home, so finding someone we feel comfortable handing it over to matters a lot to us. We’ll be moving back at the end of the rental period, so the lease is fixed-term and cannot be extended.
