Hi there! I’m renting out my fully furnished room.

The room is 17 m², fully furnished with a bed, desk, and shelf, providing a warm and cozy space. You'll be sharing the apartment with me. My name is Elias and I recently graduated from university. I am very down to earth and friendly.

The apartment is well-maintained and features a good kitchen with all essential appliances, as well as a clean and tidy bathroom. Laundry facilities and the shower are located in the basement. The apartment is placed on the base floor. Also, one of the best things about this apartment is its location. It is placed on a really nice street with park, supermarket stores, and gym all close by. Be mindful that it is a lively area so there is some noise from the street.
