Room for Rent near Vallensbæk station

I am renting out a room of approximately 15 m² in a shared apartment in Vallensbæk.

Rental Conditions:

• The room is for one person only.
• The tenant must be vegetarian or vegan.
• Overnight guests are only allowed with prior agreement.
• The tenant is required to participate in shared cleaning for up to 5 hours per month.
• Everyone is expected to clean up after themselves and keep the apartment tidy and in good condition.
• No smoking or pets are allowed.

I am looking for a calm, responsible, tidy, and respectful vegetarian or vegan tenant who values cleanliness and a peaceful shared living environment.
